Making Parents the Heroes of Christmas

We know that buying gifts for Christmas can get really expensive. And when money is tight, creating a memorable Christmas for your kids seems nearly impossible. Our goal at The Christmas Store is to create a unique opportunity where parents can purchase brand-new toys for their kids at a price that they can afford, leaving parents with a sense of dignity and joy and making them the heroes of their kids’ Christmas.

All proceeds from the store are donated to organizations that support youth in Southwest Baltimore, so by shopping, not only do parents provide for their kids, but also for numerous kids in their local community.

 How You Can Shop

This year, our store will be first come/first serve.

Come to The Community Engagement Center and get in line for your turn to shop. For everyone’s safety, only a certain number of shoppers will be allowed to shop at a time. Shoppers will have 15 minutes to shop once they enter, which should be plenty of time to get everything you need. Shopper’s helpers are available to help you carry your items while you shop and help you find items for everyone on your list.

Each shopper can purchase up to 10 items per visit, no exceptions. Shoppers may only make one visit per year unless there is no line on Saturday after 3 p.m. No ID is necessary, but you will be asked to sign in once you enter. The store accepts cash, card, and tap to pay. Since our store is temporary, there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
